What we collect

When you register, we collect your email address, shop name, and the details you enter in your settings. As you use FurSlot, you enter client names, contact details, and pet records. That information belongs to your shop and is stored so that you can run your business.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service: publishing your booking page, holding deposits, sending reminder texts, and displaying your calendar and client records. We also use limited, aggregated usage data to keep the service reliable and to improve it.

Card data

FurSlot never stores full card numbers. When a client places a card on file, the card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. You and FurSlot see only whether a card is on file and its last four digits, never the full number.

Reminders and consent

Reminder texts are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive them at the time of booking. One reminder is sent per appointment, according to the lead time you configure. Clients may stop receiving reminders at any time by replying STOP.

Who can access your data

Each groomer can access only their own shop's data. On a Team account, only the groomer profiles you own are reachable, and only from your own login. No shop can ever view another shop's clients, pets, or bookings.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your client data, your pet records, or your booking information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Your data remains in your account for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you may export or delete your records before your account is closed. Client records are retained only for as long as you choose to keep them.

Your rights

You may edit or delete any client, pet, or appointment record at any time, and you may close your account whenever you choose. If any information in your records is inaccurate, you have the tools to correct it yourself.
