How FurSlot Works

1. You sign up and your shop is ready
The moment you create an account, your shop is live. You get a booking page, default services, and the full breed matrix: 204 breeds already priced with a realistic groom time for bath and brush, full groom, and nail trim. You never build a price list from scratch.
2. You share your booking page
Your booking page has its own link. Put it in your Instagram bio, on your Google profile, or in a text to a regular. Clients choose a breed, a service, and an open slot. The price is already set from your matrix, and every time is shown in your shop's own timezone.
3. A card goes on file before the booking is confirmed
No card, no booking. The deposit you set is shown up front and applied toward the final groom price, so it is never an extra charge. The card is held securely by Stripe, kept on file for the appointment, and its number is never visible to you or to FurSlot.
4. A reminder goes out on time
Before each appointment, FurSlot sends one reminder text, on the schedule you set and only to clients who opted in. Every reminder counts against your plan's monthly allowance for the whole account, not per groomer.
5. The groom happens
The client arrives, you do the work, and the deposit applies toward the final price. You mark the appointment complete in a tap. If the coat is in worse shape than booked, coat-condition adjustments only ever add time, never remove it.
6. If a client does not show
When a client no-shows or cancels past your free window, you decide whether to charge the fee. Automatic charging is off by default, so you stay in control. Turn it on and fees are charged to the card on file according to your settings.
The breed matrix
Every breed ships with a sensible default time and price, and every cell is yours to edit. For mixed breeds, FurSlot blends the times and prices of both parent breeds for a fair quote. The matrix arrives finished on day one. You refine it, you do not build it.
Your calendar and records
Every booking lands on your calendar automatically. Each client has a profile that holds their pets, breeds, sizes, coat notes, and photos, alongside a full appointment history. Today's schedule, the week ahead, and your upcoming revenue are all one glance away.
FurSlot never takes a cut
Deposits and fees go straight to your own Stripe account. FurSlot is a flat monthly subscription starting at $19 a month. What your client pays you is yours, in full, every time.
